WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the ZamZam International;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Most of our orders are delivered within 3-5, but sometimes courier delays may occur due to shipping traffic, weather, or other unexpected issues.

👉 If your order still hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your order ID, and we’ll investigate it right away.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We usually don’t deliver on public holidays. 📦✨
Orders placed during a public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Delivery may take a little longer than usual, depending on the courier’s schedule.

👉 But don’t worry — as soon as the holiday is over, your order will be prioritized and shipped out right away.

Do you deliver to my home?

Yes, we deliver straight to your doorstep! 🏠✨
Our delivery partners provide home delivery across most areas. Simply place your order with your correct address and contact number, and the courier will bring it right to your home.

👉 In some remote locations, the courier may request pickup from their nearest office — but that’s very rare. If that happens, our team will guide you.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available on select orders only. 🚚✨
We offer next-day delivery within specific areas and for eligible products. Availability depends on your location and the time you place your order.

👉 Orders placed before 5 PM are more likely to qualify.
👉 During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take longer.
👉 Inside Dhaka within 24-48 hours to delivery
👉 Outside of Dhaka within 2-4 days to delivery
